A bachelor’s degree in sociology is normally a three-year undergraduate programme separated into semesters. The programme is intended to give students a broad understanding of sociology, the study of society, and social behaviour. A B.A. in Sociology program’s curriculum often comprises a variety of courses addressing many parts of sociology, including as sociological theory, social research methodologies, social issues, and several specialisations within sociology. Students may be able to select elective courses based on their interests.
