Overview

Diversity within organizations is growing and effective management helps an organization harness skill, talent, and ideas. This program will help individuals understand their own biases, preferences, personal inclusivity, and help build inclusion as a competence. As participants engage the topic of inclusion, they will understand how to engage in honest and deeper discussions on topics considered sensitive.
The program directors bring with them expertise with respect to diversity in terms of gender, sexual orientation, generational differences, and disability. The program will help participants understand their implicit biases and how to engage with others whose beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors are different from their own. Participants will specifically examine their attitudes towards diverse groups, and how diverse perspectives can be utilized towards making informed and inclusive decisions. Finally, participants will learn how they can reframe inclusion processes.
