Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as its flagship course. The two-year PG course is designed to prepare future managers with an excellent understanding of all business functions. Admission to the course is based on scores in Common Admission Test (CAT) and Personal Interview (PI). SJMSOM shortlist candidates for interview on the basis of a composite score of different parameters. The different parameters taken into consideration are CAT score, aggregate in class 12 and graduation, work experience, etc. The mode of application at IIT Bombay MBA is online.
SJMSOM, IIT Bombay also offers an inter-disciplinary dual degree programme (IDDDP) in Management. IDDDP is an MBA with any specialisation offered to the fourth-year BTech/BS/DD course students of IIT Bombay.
