The PGXPM is a blended, rigorous and fully mentored holistic program, with a set of core courses on Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Human Resources Management. These help develop competencies in General Management and Business Leadership, among the 38 courses tailored to suit the Global Business Environment, delivered by distinguished faculty from US, European and Asian B-Schools. The diversity among the participants in terms of industries, sectors and hierarchical levels facilitates the exchange of experiences and building of a close-knit yet distributed network.
The case-study pedagogy forms the basis of the learning process, following through components through the e-learning platform in each module. The program architecture offers group and executive coaching, 360-degree assessment, and team activities, throughout its course. The Leadership Development program provides an opportunity to the participants to interact and learn from eminent thought leaders and industry stalwarts, and gain first-hand knowledge required to develop leadership acumen. The program also offers residencies, apprenticeship and individual country and vertical-based intensive year-long live projects under a faculty guide, experiential learning through simulations, technology driven virtual classrooms with global connectivity, quasi-consulting for business problems and cases from a participant’s workplace, training. PGXPM is offered in a hybrid program with 30 days of contact (online/physical mode) spread over 4 modules in the foundational program. Participants on successful completion are eligible to pursue PGXPM advanced program with additional 22.5 days of contact spread over 3 modules.
