Overview

The Manipal Education and Medical Group is an established leader in the field of education, research and healthcare. In a span of over six decades, it has transformed the lives of more than 3,00,000 students from over 59 countries. The group includes five Universities – Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE, Karnataka), Sikkim Manipal University (Sikkim), American University of Antigua (Caribbean Islands), Manipal International University (Malaysia) and Manipal University Jaipur (Jaipur).

Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) was launched in 2011 on an invitation from the Government of Rajasthan, as a self-financed State University. MUJ has redefined academic excellence in the region, with the Manipal way of learning; one that inspires students of all disciplines to learn and innovate through hands-on practical experience.Jaipur, one of India’s fastest-growing cities, has increasing demand for quality higher education in the region. Following an allotment of 122 Acres of land at Dehmi Kalan village near Jaipur, the permanent campus of the University has come up at a fast pace and is by far one of the best campuses in the region.

The multi-disciplinary university offers career-oriented courses at all levels, i.e., UG, PG and doctoral and across diverse streams, including Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Hospitality, Humanities, Journalism and Mass Communication, Basic Sciences, Law, Commerce, Computer Applications, Management, etc.  Some PG programmes are also available in the research mode. Scholarship / Loan

Scholarship 1

TMA Pai Engineering Scholarships
Scholarship amount shall be determined based on the parent’s annual income:
i. The parent’s annual income Up to Rs.5 lakhs will get 100% scholarship on annual program fee.
ii. The parent’s annual income between Rs.5 lakhs and Rs.7.5 lakhs will get 75% scholarship on annual program fee.
iii. The parent’s annual income between Rs.7.5 lakhs and Rs.10 lakhs will get 50% scholarship on annual program fee.
iv. The parent’s annual income between Rs.10 lakhs and Rs.12.5 lakhs will get 25% scholarship on annual program fee.
v. The parent’s annual income above Rs.12.5 lakhs will get 10% scholarship on annual program fee.

Scholarship 2

TMA Pai Merit Scholarships:
i. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering program, with 100% waiver on annual tuition fee, will be given to the student with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 90%, in the qualifying exam.
ii. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering program, with 50% waiver on annual tuition fee, will be given to the student with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 80%, in the qualifying exam.
iii. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering program, with 25% waiver on annual tuition fee, will be given to students with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 75%, in the qualifying exam.
iv. To continue to get the scholarships, the students should maintain a CGPA of 8.0 or above every academic year, separately, failing which the scholarship for next academic year would be withdrawn.
